The North American subsidiary of France’s Engie SA (EPA:ENGI) announced that it has acquired US utility-scale wind projects developer Infinity Renewables along with its 8-GW-plus pipeline.

— Brazil CVM increases price of CPFL shares for State Grid acquisition

Brazil’s Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) has determined that the price per share offered by State Grid Corporation of China in a public tender offer for shares of CPFL Energias Renovaveis (BVMF:CPRE3) is too low.
