— IDFC unit buys 40 MW of solar assets in India – report

Indian firm Vector Green Energy Pvt Ltd has purchased a 40-MW portfolio of grid-connected solar parks in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Mercom Capital reports.

— KGAL acquires 47 MW of Swedish wind projects from Eolus

German asset and investment manager KGAL has purchased two wind projects in Sweden with a combined capacity of 46.8 MW from local wind project developer Eolus Vind AB (STO:EOLU-B).

— Owner of 136-MW wind complex in Brazil put up for sale – report

The controlling shareholders of Brazilian wind farm operator Eolica Faisa SA, which owns a 136.5-MW wind complex, have put the company up for sale, Reuters said citing sources in the know.

— KGAL buys 18.6 MW of French PV from Solairedirect

German asset and investment manager KGAL has acquired 18.6 MWp of solar parks in France from Solairedirect, a unit of French utility Engie SA (EPA:ENGI).

— EnBW takes stake in 2 GW of Taiwanese offshore wind projects

EnBW Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG (ETR:EBK) has acquired a stake of 37.5% in three offshore wind projects in Taiwan with a combined capacity of about 2 GW, the German utility announced.

— Enertronica enters electric mobility market with Italian buy

Italian renewable energy sector player Enertronica SpA (BIT:ENT) has entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire the brand and know-how of local electric buses manufacturer Tecnobus SpA.
